Im building i tavern but when i change atmosphere to dark one the windows turns to glowing white in the walls, why does this happen and what can i do to fix it?

Have you placed a light probe?

If so, have you updated the light probe (just move it a little bit or use the special mode for it on the side when selecting the probe).

PS: Are you changing the atmosphere in Level Data or in the Work Atmosphere Panel? The work atmosphere panel is just a temporary atmosphere and light probes will not take that atmosphere to calculate lighting.
