Is there a way to get rid of shadows when editing terrain and objects? It's so dark its hard for me to see the slope.

Thank you

On the individual items you can click edit properties on the leftside panel and there you can uncheck a box called 'cast shadow'. I wish there was a 'global' option to just have all items not casting shadows, maybe there is but I haven't found it yet.

If, through the atmosphere panel, you apply an atmosphere with shadows disabled, there will be no shadows. I'm not sure which atmospheres have no shadows, so you might want to create a new one (through the content browser) and disable shadows on that.

The atmosphere HouseInteriorA is easy to work with relating to shadows, I use it when I'm using the editor.

Add a "LightProbe" and set it's radius to encompass all the terrain (or just the area you want) and set the LightProbe's "intensity" property. That'll set your basic "ambient" light for the area.

Select a new atmosphere (by double clicking it in the resources manager) and then, under the "Sun" tab, uncheck "shadows". You can actually do this with ANY atmosphere you want. It makes it a lot easier, believe me.

GMAddon1: Adds almost every single monster and NPC from the main campaign into GM mode, plus a few large custom maps to use in GM mode.

I go back to this topic to ask if it is possible to disable the zone of unexplored shadow when mod

Yes.

Either menu bar: Level > Edit level data... > Hide Shroud (True)
Or place a region trigger around the part you want to make visible and set the "Generate Shroud" property to False

Sincerely,
Kevin
