With the latest patch when encoutering Delorus on the Namless Isle he is lvl 9 and has a grand total of 383hp, 18 armor and 14 magic armor.
Everyone else on the island has a minimum of 5 times that, most of them 10x. I'm fairly sure that if he tripped and fell he would die before hitting the ground.
