I just feel like it is incredibly overtuned or something. I even took out all but one of the nurses before the fight with him even initiated so I felt like that was ideal but clearly not enough. Just crazy that he controls her so fast. If it was one turn longer I might be able to get him on lockdown while sacrificing my mage to his minions but I'm not sure.
