I have the same problem.
I got stomped hard first 8 levels (arena of ft. joy fight for example) on normal mode, that i asked here for an OP Team setup. After Level 10 if you know how armor system and skills work its a cakewalk even on tactician (but i think many others dont want read forums or look YouTube vids to get fast into the game).
Other Problem is that game is damn complex and if your english is bad you have a big issue get the needed informations to make the right choices.
