Yeah i agree, it has to be the cpu, mine is not overclock yet
but to be honest i feel like its something only the dev can fix .
Man i wish we could find a solution this frame skipping keep me from playing the game.

I want to play so bad too, but I am just so sensitive to these stupid stutters.
