Dear Larian Studios,

Thank you, Larian et al., for giving me one of the best gaming experiences I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if the team reads the forum messages, but in the fortuitous event that they (or my fellow Divines) stumble across this message, I would like to share my gratitude and optimism about Divinity 2.

First off, kudos for making a complete game, from start to finish. With so many companies choosing the anti-consumer tactics, I found it so damned refreshing to be given the whole package, and even for $15.00 less than the so-called "triple-A" titles. Great decision!

What really surprised me during my time in Rivellon was the amount of complexity in nearly every aspect. E.g., I changed my romantic decision because my first impressions of characters turned out to be wrong. I expected the companion personalities to be static (i.e., easily predictable); surprisingly, the characters evolved in dramatic fashion based on my decisions.

And you know, Larian, that's what I adore about your company. You make the world seem inviting and simple at first, then add layers of intricacy.

You continue to show passion for your work, and I would like to end by praising that. Thank you, all of the team, for sharing your story with us.

The question I have for you, fellow divinians, is what was your favorite moment in the game? (P.s., make sure to add a spoiler warning just in case! :welcome:)

For me, it was a failed exorcism, if you will, in Act 2. Hero tag: check. Rocks-on-sticks, check! "Now hold on ma'am, I'm just going to bring out your inner demon with this fireball...trust me, I'm a doctor in training." Me: Oh, shit, Lohse, she's dead! :claphands:
