Yeah this skill can be pretty picky. It *appears* to me that, both targets need to have a certain amount of space around them. So let's say one of the targets is standing right next to a wall (or some sort of object), then it's not gonna work. You can select either him, or the other target, first, but once you point to your second target, it'll say invalid target. Can get really annoying sometimes. Can be avoided (half of the time) if you know you're gonna use the skill, by positioning yourself carefully. But if target doesn't have enough "empty ground" around them, there's nothing you can do.
