Registered on the forum just so I can add my +1 to this.
The flickering started after the last patch and the game really is unplayable now. I've tried persevering but it's just unbearable.
Reluctantly, I'm going to have to stop playing until it's fixed.
Any official feedback or acknowledgement about this from Larian?
