It must be. Scaling on grenades is basically nonexistent. It baffles me as to why a talent like Ambidexterous even exists.
To reduce the cost of very strong scrolls (like scroll of resurection and scroll of chain lighting).
Why would I sacrifice my offhand and waste AP using an item that is completely insignificant when I can instead use my offhand and do ANYTHING ELSE? The Ambidexterous talent might actually be a viable option if grenade damage properly scaled.
Why would I waste a talent point just to drop the AP cost of 2 scrolls?
