Screenshot must be a low level version of that item. It's 796 in my game, level 21. Still rather underwhelming compared to healing abilities - as grenades are generally - but at least it's not that much of a joke.

EDIT: After another look, I realized that value is on someone who has no Hydro rank at all. On someone with 12 Hydro it's 1274 instead. Not *that* bad.
