Hey,

been trying to do this quest for a while now,
but whatever I do, the entrance to the Archives simply does not appear. I have it marked on my map, I have done everything else I could on the island, I used a scroll to boost my wits to 21 and ran around the spot...
Either there is some hidden trick or the thing is buggy...

If i remember right you need even more wits.. Something like 23.

... just use the shovel on that spot !

So it isn't a bug !
