If you quick save after the sacrifice, but before identifying the holy item (running your mouse over it or hitting alt), you can hover your mouse over it and repeatedly quick load. Save after getting a possibility with whatever you are looking for (max damage, frost, etc.), then continue quick loading, if desired. I got;
