Fixed not being able to receive skill from an item if you already memorised it but don't meet requirements anymore - unconfirmed
I cannot confirm this yet, but there still a related bug here.
If you equip an item which contains a skill you know (and DO meet the requirements for) but which is not memorized currently, not only do you not receive the skill from the item, but the one in your skillbook temporarily vanishes.
If it is memorized, you still get to keep it.
