Well, should actually not be that hard, depending on what exactly you want...

One solution to just change positions would be to create a new skill from the already existing teleports and just giving it new gfx and stats.
Another way would be to have that skill trigger an behaviour script with an animation override. (to make the enemy stumble towards the user and take damage from surfaces or rupture tendros for example)

There are already skills you can learn from, like said teleport or chicken claw for example.
