Strange. Maybe try reinstalling the .NET and VC Redistributable packages. The packages should already be in Divinity Original Sin 2\_CommonRedist folder. Could also try uninstalling them first before reinstalling. Should be able to uninstall via Windows' Add/Remove Programs thing.
