Minor Spoilers Ahead.
Never had this stuff happen before the patch when I completed my first playthrough. It's only happened once so far.
1. Wrong character images showed up on initiative order during mind controlled fight with Voidwoken in A2, not sure how or if it will happen again.
2. In A2 Arena fight, I couldn't click on NPCs from a certain view. When I rotated my screen I could click on them from some angles. This was annoying when it came to targeting or examining. I'm not sure if this happened elsewhere, it might have.
On the side: Please make the ESC key close the current open window, instead of showing the game menu every damn time lol. I press escape to close out of windows, and when I loot stuff it brings up the menu instead. very annoying.
