I think glitter dust is underrated. Whilst it has a very niche use, it performs its niche exceptionally well. If you are playing with melee characters and you run into an enemy with evasive aura, glitter dust, or another ability similar (like spider legs) is your best friend.

Apotheosis+skin graft i'd give 5 to, along with anything that reduces AP costs of skills.

Any heal I would rank super low (1 or 2). Healing is really bad since it means you need to mess up a ton to be able to use it.

I would lower the rating on Evasive Aura to 2 since it costs a source point and is hard countered by many mark type abilities.

Living on the Edge I would reduce to 2. I would give it a 4 if it was 100% reliable however there are quite a few enemies that will still kill you while the buff is active and I don't like relying on an unreliable mechanic. As a result of this I would also lower the ratings of Forced Exchange and Death Wish, since how effective they are is linked to how effective LotE is.

Cryopathy isn't completely useless either, but its usefulness is limited to solo gameplay, where you effectively want to skip a turn but not be penalized for doing so. I would give it a 2.
