I think this is besause you have to save "Teleportation" skill data in the Stats editor. I know you may have saved before already but it is buggy, save again. If it is disabled then try to create a new dummy entry in the Teleportation Skill_Date in the Stats editor, then delete it and Save. That's what I do to update the datas. Try again to enter the use skill after that.
