I just checked my footage, not only do you get more than one Exe proc per turn, but also Blood Storm actually procs once per kill.
(Ever since i got Apo I used Blood Storm and it is amazing, much better than Grasp, but with Apo you can use both abilities anyway, not that you'll ever need it, mind you)
