Fixed it!
in case anyone in the future has that problem too
Its very important to (only inside the treasure table, not the object file) put a I_ in front of the name
ex. summon_blablabla skillbook would in the treasure table be named I_summon_blablabla
also, not sure if this was also one of the problems, but I did remove everything under "Act part" from it
