Depending on your level you don't even need lone wolf to one shot her (with level 15 I did 2x her hp, pretty sure without lone wolf you can do it 1x) it's just with wolf you could do it at 13.
But yeah atm it's more about phys > elmental, until they maybe change phys damage types into slash pierce crush and introduce res to each type.
