I'm talking a voidling like, tiny centipede looking bug. After Jonathan dies it literally spawns out of him. Teleporting it away does nothing, even if I teleport Gwydian away!
I sent in a support ticket, hopefully they get back to me soon.
I couldn't have been the only one to run into this problem, or one similar to it.
