I killed the Sallow Man and the quest log says that the quest cannot be completed. It is not closed, though.

I got this as well. My log said that I left the Nameless Isle without completing the Sallow Man's quest. Well, no ****, game, I killed him ages ago. Of course I didn't complete it.
