From the top of my head, these are the ways to get blood on the ground.
- Flesh Sacrifice (Elf Racial Skill)
- Damage an enemy's vitality (might only be with a weapon, not sure)
- Blood Rain
- Raise Bloaded Corpse has a skill that kills it and deal physical damage in a area around. Quite sure it leaves blood behind as well
