What would you guys like to see change about balance/power ?
I've got a list which I'm working on and will post it when it's ready. Just the skills portion alone is long. Not even big changes to mechanics, not changes which require new code or new features, mostly just tweaks to improve the relative value of skills.
But if you want an example, top of the list is that Bless should have the Source point cost removed but the AP cost (and possibly cooldown) increased, because it is very underpowered in a game where enemies get to cast Curse for free, cast curse when they use skills to move for free, and bleed curse for free. It would be hard enough to keep up with that sort of thing even without a Source point cost to Bless.
