No, what do I have to do for dome of protection? Is it a skill?

I think this battle is bugged, as in entirely over powered. Just killed the monster causing disease in the area north of the mining town. That battle wasn't bad.. had to teleport my group up on top of the mountain to fight it. That boss was two levels above my characters, the Eternal was only one. Not even that boss could 1-hit my party.

Every time there I run into trouble on the road, there is always a dwarf at the bottom of it. Don't they know how to drive above ground?
