This was not fixed in the October 26th patch.
More container windows are not appearing for me. I suspect all of these loot windows contain quest items. When I'm in the archives on Bloodmoon Island, one of the bookshelves won't pop a loot window. I suspect the Ornate Hymnal is on this shelf. Also, two loot windows would not open for various destroyable containers.. when I destroyed the containers a Silver Bar fell on the ground.
I have updated my video drivers, set my UI to low settings, and have never used a mod. I can send my save game file to support if requested.
I still can't loot the Tablet from the Energy Crate in the Temple, a piece of Anathema from the Stone Crypt. Please fix this, or at least make these containers breakable.
