He is right, they do reply to threads indeed. Only to the trivial and easy to fix "issues". They dont reply to any of the threads in the technical problems part of the forums. I added all the admins on my watch list to no avail, they just dont reply or offer any help for real issues, the same goes for the e-mail support.
