@Biberesser, copy the folder "PlayerProfiles" from C:\Users\Tommy\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2 then uninstall DOS2, the larian folder in \Documents and reinstall, then paste "PlayerProfiles" back into there after reinstall.
That fixed it for me after this patch with our 110 hour campaign save.
EDIT: (In your case, you can also backup the mods folder)
