The thing is I don't care for the toolset, like most people with serious game breaking bugs and that should be obvious to them too.
It probably is obvious to them, and they probably want to do something about it, but for reasons unknown to us, they're not able to do so right now. Actually, it looks like they are actively looking to hire a
community manager, so they recognize the problem you've described.
At the moment they are using the technical problems forum itself as bug dump list, with no intention to reply to any of those threads. Tinkerer actually confirms that
here.
AFAIK, based on what KVN told me, the devs who reply in the modding forums are primarily the devs who work on the toolset, so there are separate teams for the game and toolset. Sorry if I wasn't clear about that when I posted my watch list.
I was only looking at it from a butthurt customer point of view.
