The thing is I don't care for the toolset, like most people with serious game breaking bugs and that should be obvious to them too. At the moment they are using the technical problems forum itself as bug dump list, with no intention to reply to any of those threads.

I'd personally be more in favor of an external bug tracker a la Daybreak's community issue tracker.
That seems to be a excellent idea indeed and some good points about the issues list too.
I was only looking at it from a butthurt customer point of view.
