Heya,
is there a tutorial on how to make an actual functional body of water like the coast lines in the main campaign? (Entering the water applies a wet de-/buff)
All I could figure out so far is to create a water plane through the Instance Painter and adjusting the regular ground around it. The water plane is just visual though.
I know I can add a water surface below the created water plane to give it "wet" sound effects etc. but I dont think this is the correct way of making functional water?...
For example, if someone throws fire into water created like this, it will effectively remove the water surface even though the instance painted water is still there visually.
