The ritual bowl simply won't ignite.

I've done the ritual correctly too:

1. Combine root with bowl
2. Cut self with knife
3. Combine bloody knife with bowl
4. Ignite bowl

But the bowl doesn't ignite despite trying with numerous fire methods (incinerator, flame spells, fire grenades).

You are missing the last step.

5) Have "all" your source points available when burning the bowl in the incinerator.

Hope it resolves your issue.

This is the ritual for gaining Spirit Vision which is prior to seeking out Sourcerers to increase your total source pool.

In the video I clearly have my source point filled yet the bowl still won't ignite.

Just a quick thought: Did you also attempt to throw away your current dagger and ritual bowl and claim new ones from the Meistr’s Vault? Maybe that'll help circumvent this particular bug.

Was a good idea, but sadly it didn't work.

Tried the ritual again with 2 Source Points available and still no dice.

And now with 3 Source Points available still doesn't work.

Alright I made a big mistake but turns out when I first went to check if this was caused by mods I must've accidentally left Armor Based Saving Throws ticked thinking I didn't.

I went back and unticked all the mods again to double check and it turns out that was the cause.
