Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Game Master Armor bug still here? or new?

I place some npcs, put some armor on them and deactivate them, to be an "ambush". Next time I go to check them, their armor values are like this. How do I get em to 100%? +/- can't do it .
