Scorched Earth, was that the one with tanks, random weather and winds, random terrian, and you had to buy shields, gas, batteries, and weapons where you fought each other and could even have teams?

That's right. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> So much fun, even all these years later. It's one of those side-view tnk games where you set the angle and power and try to shoot each other up. This one has so many options that it warrents a 60 page manual. Definately worth a look! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I use IE6 and I think GetRight works with their site now. It may have changed, but don't download more than one file at a time. They have limited bandwidth and tend to ban you temporarily if you try to take more than one file at a time.

best games ever........hmm let me think......decisions, decisions......i can't make a decision...it's allready hard to think of the best rpg ever....now i got this.....i go for Cannon Fodder and Secret of Mana.........

Were you playing on Jedi Master mode or something? I played at normal, and the final boss was like stealing candy from an infant. I killed her... uhm, him... fine, Ragnos-possessed Tavion by sheer accident. (Tavion/Ragnos throws sword, I jump. Run around, another sword throw, jump again, land behind Tavion/Ragnos. Pivot, attack in hope to score a lucky hit and bam! T/R falls over dead and cutscene plays. I tried that fight several times, and every time, I seem to kill the boss rather unintentionally. Come to think of it, most of the lightsaber fights in the game are just like this: random.) Rosh was too pathetic even to kill. Feh. Most pitiful Jedi-wannabe. Ever. I wished the female Jaden Korr would slap him when he tried to get friendly with her in the first cutscene.

cannon fodder was quite good but there are better games on the mega drive and others on different formats. what about any of the legends of golden axe games when your playing it with a friend and its bloody briliant.

Scorched Earth!!! OMG, I used to watch my husband and his friend play that! I would roll in the floor laughing until I couldn't breathe!!!! That was the best!!
Deus Ex and Wheel of Time were my most favorite games EVER!!!
