So I've talk to the cap'n on the second floor of the tavern... she keep saying something about a bell.... but I've understood she needed a compass...
So following on the trail of the undead dwarf, that lead me to find that particular compass...
So I've came back to town but even though I tried talking to her, I couldn't talk about the compass...
So I've google the thing to found out there was a ghost to take care of first, which I did...
Then I've been able to talk to her back the compass...upon her giving me the location as if I didn't had the compass, it triggered the quest complete as after giving me the location, that completed the quest...
Thing is that the compass is still in my inventory even though she is contemplating something, so I've figure i'd report the issue as I think the game wanted to remove the compass...
Also, the quest reward is kind of garbage items....
