I doubt it. The hero seems awfully typical; the women are all variations of a clone (tug braid! Sniff!); some themes set off alarm bells in my head. Aes Sedai? Why, Mr. Jordan, were you reading Dune by any chance? I'm surprised the Aes Sedai doesn't, like, manipulate religions or breeding lines or something. (Or do they? I hope not, or I'm resurrecting Frank Herbert this very instant and send his zombie after Mr. Jordan.)
A lot of things in WoT have been done before, done better, and done more succinctly. (i.e., five books instead of ten and counting. Actually concluded instead of dragging on and on and on.)
