1.1 No there is no "Undo" functionality in Game Master mode
1.2 You can't. Campaign is always saved
2.1 Yes
2.2 Recipes books can be distinct by special icon they have. Its either blue or green book
3. This is know issue. Alternatively you can use "manage' menu do add items to it without opening or read books without triggering recipies
