Doesn't do any damage.

Really, really long cooldown. Way too long for what it (doesn't do?) does.

Random travel (unreliable).

Takes so long to earn it.

For this long a cooldown and for that much AP and Aerotheurge skill to use it, it needs to either do damage or have half that much cooldown or both. What a waste of a cool graphic on such a poorly performing spell.

This is a TORNADO we are talking about here...and it does NO damage?!
