Isn't there a mod on the nexus that changes the horrible loot all items sound into a silent audio clip?
So surely sound fx or music tracks that are rarely or not used could be replaced with custom sound under whatever their current name is. Obviously this would ruin sounds in game, but if your using GM mode, not sure you gonna need all of stories sounds.
Kind of a potential nasty solution, but until/unless we get the tools....
