I'll add to this as I spot them, and ignoring bugs that I've seen previously reported:
- if you have a stack marked as Wares and then only sell a part of it, the remaining items are unmarked as Wares and placed back in your inventory
- tooltip description for RAW ribs: "Raw ribs - cooked Driftwood style over an open flame, this meat is crispy-on-the-outside and tender on the inside"
- Mirror - incorrect tooltip Level for Abilities - it seems it only reports the level gained from items, base level is ignored. Level 11 Pyro, tooltip says level 4
- Mirror - ability levels are capped at 10. You can go back from 11 to 10 for example but you can't go back up, even if you can go back up to 11 in game
- Mirror - you can't hear the instruments when selecting them
- missing item after crafting - went to craft a Ressurection scroll, the progress bar just hang, had to press the X cancel button and second time it worked, only there was no scroll to be found. Crafting items were gone though.

Hannag's Ring - "this ring was crafted in the Ancient Empire and bestows Chameleon Skin upon the wearer" - does this ring actually do anything?

Raise Bone Widow - "the stats of the summons will depend on the caster level and Summoning ability" - but Bone Widow is in Necromancer, it doesn't even require Summoning

Summoner affects all summonings, not only those from summoner skill tree. So it is working as intended, though causing quite some imbalances if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks, didn't realise that. A bit confusing though... Maybe make Bone Widow require Summoning, to make it more obvious.

[BUG] - "I was transported into the Hall of Echoes and met my parasite again. It told me the Void is growing ever-stronger, and it gave me Spirit Vision - the ability to see and communicate with spirits who linger on in the world. It also gave me the power of Source Vampirism" - erm, no it didn't? Unless I can cast Source Vampirism in Act 1, don't think so though. I'm in Act 2 and I still don't have it.

"No way out" - killing the NPC by cutting his hand with the Black Ring sword results in the log saying that we left Reaper's Coast and we haven't solved the issue.

[BUG?] - entering Roost's room and then leaving without saving Saheila will result in the elves at the camp attacking you. At least I think that's what triggers it. This is without Ifan btw, so attacking the guards outside first, leading to a fight with Roost without getting to talk to him, and then backing out of the fight cause he kicked my ass  Also it would be good to get to talk to Roost even if you aggro'ed the guards outside, that conversation between him and Sebille was awesome.

[BUG] - teleporting Magister Reimond at the Driftwood docks right after the conversation ends but before he enters the boat will result in him jumping to level 16. The boat leaves so the game thinks he got in the boat and will bump his level up for the second time you're supposed to meet him at the Blackpits. Additionally this triggers some Silent watchers on the boat to join in the ensuing fight as well, even though they're still on the boat which is at some off map coordinates. While the other magister (who gets knocked down by Reimond) will ignore the fight completely. ("Who dat? Naah that's not Magister Raimond, you're joshing me. Magister Reimond got into the boat, I saw him. Yeah you can fight this guy, no worries") At least he drops off some sweet lvl16 gear, I was at level 9  I can't use the staff but don't need to anyway, it's got some nice buffs. And certainly made good use of that armor and belt hehe

[BUG] - There's a house in Blackpits with a Hidden Hatch that goes into a basement, going through that takes you to the main area with Jonathan. If you try to go back through the basement though, you get back into the house but as soon as you reach the door the game teleports you back to the main area, it's weird.

[SUGGESTION] - I've just played almost half the game before realising how the flight ability works. The ability icon was appearing in a different hotbar, cause the first one was full (due to the game adding all the scrolls etc to the hotbar that's probably pretty common). I just wasn't seeing the second icon, I knew there must have been something I was missing but didn't know what. Google didn't have any answers either, people were discussing other things/issues regarding flight. But I was like "yeah but how does it work, it doesn't do ANYTHING. Apart from just hovering over the ground, I can't actually fly or reach high places like I was expecting to".  Maybe the toggled abilities can live alongside the hotbar, so they're always visible. Although I imagine there's limited space there on some monitors, and it not good UI/UX. This whole "click an icon to make another icon appear and then you have to find it in your hotbar(s) and click that one too" is messy. I understand why it's done this way with the ability lasting multiple turns but it's just unintuitive. So maybe we can have a single icon - click it one time and it takes 2AP and you can fly (you know, like you expect to when you click the Flight icon). Icon changes colour or something to indicate it's active and it won't cost you any AP. Click it again in the next turn and it takes 0AP to fly. And the next turn it expires and it costs 2AP again, icon is back to the original state.

[BUG] - inventory stats don't update in real-time when adding/removing runes from equipped items
It only happens sometimes, a bit hard to replicate. Like swapping one rune for another - updates when taking the old rune out, doesn't update when placing the new rune.

Hanal Lechet still has +1 Single Handed. Why would I want that on a 2 handed weapon, its useless.

[SUGGESTION] - Please please please increase the timeout between NPC talking. Maybe after they said all their lines, they can say them again in case you missed it the first time - fine. But then maybe they should SHUT UP for a while. Saying the same thing over and over, with 5 seconds timeout between each line - gives me a headache. And it's a bit ridiculous.

When retrieving the Anathema blade from Bloodmoon Island, the characters say "the hilt of a blade, I believe" - yet that is not the hilt, that's the blade. The hilt I got from the Surrey tomb.

When resting in Ryker's dungeon, the main character says "it's not safe to rest here" (even though Ryker is dead) and doesn't rest but the other characters rest anyway.

Not accepting Ryker's source mastery ritual leads to my "body convulsing with Rhalic's displeasure". Playing as Lohse, I'm confused. What does Rhalic have to do with anything, I haven't even talked to the dude. Is he the thing inside me? I'd be pretty pissed if the game spoiled itself for me like that. I'd rather have a demon inside me than freaking Rhalic.
I assume this is a bug, meant for if you're playing as another human (not Lohse).

[BUG] - Delusions of Grandeur - lever shaft can't be placed. Combining with the broken lever results in an unknown item. Can't proceed with the quest.
Edit: apparently the character doing the fixing has to have the lever shaft in their inventory, if you take it from someone else's inventory you'll get the unknown item. Which is made even more confusing by the fact that the crafting panel doesn't group items by inventory, they're all placed together.

[BUG] Inspecting Sebille (companion) - her Attitude is gone, replaced by Spider's Kiss. IMAGE Weird that I took Spider's Kiss on all characters and she's the only one with the issue.

Teleporting the possessed kid to lady Vengeance doesn't actually teleport her, she's still there until you talk to her - which leads to a dialogue with the kid now on the ship and your character on Bloodmoon island.

The Missing Magisters - Wyvlia is dead, unfortunately she also killed Stewart, which was the quest giver. Quest doesn't close.
I kind of remember getting the reward though, not sure. Quest is still in my log.

"The shall not pass" - log says "Mari is wounded and has asked us to lower the bridge". Lowered the bridge ages ago, thought I had to go see her again at the barracks in Driftwood to close the quest. Finally did so, nothing happens.

Deja vu - "Treated like cattle" - quest doesn't close. Killed the witch too. Apparently they should be in their human form next to the town crier in Driftwood, maybe talking to them would close the quest, wouldn't bet on it. Can't find them though, they're not there.

Combining an already poisoned dish (Meaty Stew, Poisoned dinner) with a Poison bottle will result in an unpoisoned dish - normal stew, normal dinner + an empty potion bottle.

Amadia's temple - placing the gem on Amadia's statue to reveal the secret room. If you click the statue again, you get the same dialogue.
You can't remove the gem, fine. But it should have a different dialogue, not "reach out and place the gem" - the gem is already in there.

On my third playthrough, I'm stuck on Lady Vengeance after A1. Alexander never has the strange gem on his body for pickpocketing or looting through the dialogue tree. I have reloaded from Fort Joy and made as many different choices as I can, but no matter what I do the Strange Gem has not spawned, which has softlocked me on the ship (I learned the password though). All 3 options to inspect Alexander end without any mention of the strange gem.
I'd be happy to send my save data if you think this is worth looking into. Otherwise, I love everyone over at Larian for making some of the greatest games of all time.

Holy Moses on a tricycle, even the stats are bugged.
My Sebille has 26 Wits. It says +9 from gear, +2 from Spider's Kiss. My critical chance is 16% - "from wits 16%".
How does this math work Larian? Even something as basic and critical to gameplay as stats is bugged?

Got ambushed by the Doctor's minions in Arx. Some of my companions were listening to some poet. When they entered the fight, message pops up: "New skill: All In"
Followed by another message "Object identified by Fane"
What?

Same fight, enemy casts Worm tremmor. Spell hits Lohse, Red Prince and Fane.
None of them have Glass cannon. Start of the battle, all the armors and HP are up.
Lohse: "entanglement prevented by magic armor" Red Prince: "entanglement prevented by magic armor" Fane: "ENTANGLED"
What?! His magic armour is 1851/2098. WHY is he entangled?
I think I'll give up. Not sure I'll finish playing this. This game is a complete and utter mess.

What a bunch of spaghetti the code must be though to produce such inconsistent results. It should be simple: spell does magic damage, here Fane take some damage. Enjoy. Oh you have magic armour? Deduct the damage from the armour. Do you still have magic armour now? Oh you do, well in that case prevent any magic status effects.
Oversimplified but you get me. If written well the code can't produce inconsistent results. Unless it's a tangled mess of spaghetti.

The boost applied by the Academy teachers on Nameless Isle disappears after using the mirror. I actually made a video for you but watching it back I realised what's going on so no point in posting it.
This has been reported multiple times since September and it's still not fixed.

Inconsistent - again. just wondering, could this be a result of elemental affinity? was she standing in a water/ice surface? edit: i can also confirm that worm tremor has had problems regarding characters who clearly have magic armor being entangled, but i haven't noticed this happening lately, only before the most recent patch

The spell couldn't be cast though. The icon was not faded but it said "not enough AP" on the spell tooltip.

The Spirit of White Magister Reimond - voice acting missing. Also, interesting that his spirit in in Arx, I killed this guy in Driftwood I think - but maybe I wasn't supposed to. Or maybe spirits can travel

just going to add to this page rather than make a separate thread as i'm sure it's a bug - reloaded my save to the beginning of the second phase of the final fight. each time one of my characters is supposed to take a turn a "frozen" status suddenly appears above them and they are skipped. this happens multiple times in a row until they die, neither of them are frozen and both have full magic armor

Magic mirror doesn't let me add any more points in Intelligence. I have Intelligence 51, +21 from gear, +2 from Spider's Kiss (mirror doesn't show the Spider Kiss boost btw).
I can increase my intelligence just fine in game.

Steal from Jorja Webb and she'll get up from the chair. She doesn't know how to sit down again, she sits on the ground next to the chair, gets up to say her line, sits down on the ground again.
Same for Calvert.

Unable to loot your blood vial after lockpicking it open in Sanguinia Tell's basement, you have to close the cabinet door and reopen.

The fight with Lucian and Dallis is all sorts of broken.. I don't even..
Music is odd.. calm and peaceful, not suited for final battle. Not sure if bug or not anymore.
Sebille should not be affected by attacks of opportunity cause of her talent and yet she is in this fight.
"Chicken Claw prevented by Magic Armour" - since when?! Chicken claw is supposed to be prevented by physical.
Sebille slips and falls on cursed blood - never seen this before. She gets up and doesn't lose her turn though, weird. Edit: just had Red Price do the same on regular blood.
OMG this stupid system of the enemy talking to whoever of my party it's closest to, that I've had to deal with the entire game. Braccus now addresses Sebille and she has zero points in persuasion. Persuasion check - failed. GG.
Isbeil appears in the final fight even though I've absorbed her spirit to prevent the God King from getting to her. Goodbye meaningful choices.
The fact that I have to pause the game during the final fight and do bug reports says EVERYTHING about this game.
I can't wait to finish this game and erase it from memory. I'll keep my sweet Sebille in there as the most memorable character maybe ever, and Malady too, she's great. Everything else will be marked for deletion.

Windego is still not dead? How many times do I have to kill her? Even absorbed her spirit last time. But no, she's still kicking and the God King is having some fun with her. Well, enjoy.

Well it's a wrap. My final thoughts: "dammit I should've killed Tarquin" Favourite bit of the game - Sebille. Alix if you're reading this, you've done a terrific job you sexy lab scientist you! Looking forward to your next one! Second prize goes to.. Malady! Superb voice acting. Third prize: writing. The story kept me going, wasn't hard to read or overly pretentious like other games *cough* Tides of Numenera *cough*, simply great and captivating. Well done.

i agree that this is annoying, but if it's any consolation, the persuasion check doesn't matter at all and the fight proceeds the same way regardless Isbeil appears in the final fight even though I've absorbed her spirit to prevent the God King from getting to her. Goodbye meaningful choices.
no idea how this is handled lore-wise. i don't think absorbing people's spirits necessarily prevents them from being reclaimed by the god king, but who knows

Bugs encountered so far in v3.0.160.028: -Lohse (main char) just obtained the first source skill - talks to Red Prince and Beast about encountering human god instead of "thing inside her" like she does correctly when talking to Ifan -skills on cool-down when removed from memorised skills cannot be re-memorised until the cool-down has expired
