Right click -> Send all wares to <barter character>. This would have saved me roughly 5 hours of inventory management over my play though so far.
My general operation is to pick up and search everything on my main character, then open the inventory pane and identify and check if characters need to wear that gear, then I put the gear in wares, along with the other stuff I don't keep with shift click. Then I take the 5 minutes to right click -> send to barter character all the wares items.
Either that, or when trading and you add all wares to the trade screen it takes it from all the character's wares.
