I have entered the The Nameless Isle and while going around I stumbled upon Shadow Prince and killed him. Took all his stuff including his heart. Then after reaching elven temple I was told that I can kill the Prince as a quest and bring his heart. I thought that that's a job done here but the heart was gone. Instead of it I have found Withered Heart in my inventory that (as Googled) belongs to Zaleskar.

Funny thing is I haven't killed Zaleskar so why do I have his heart in my inventory?

When I am sorting by 'last picked up' this heart is pretty much low in the inventory after the sorting suggesting it was picked up recently but that's not possible as Fort Joy was ages ago. What is happening here?

The not so funny thing is the fact that even though I have killed the Shadow Prince I cannot finish the quest.

Any advice here?

I did things in the same order and haven't even got the quest. Sebille meets the Scion and in her first line of dialogue she goes "btw here's the Shadow Prince's heart" - although nobody asked her for it.

Thought that was odd but at this point I don't even question bugs like these.
