The final fight is balanced around unlimited source skills, once you recognize that it is actually very simple.
During my first playthrough I didn't bother using source skills since it is a chore keep visiting source fountains and then got rekt in the 1st attempt. I bought/memorized them and the 2nd attempt went much smoother
