I have played DnD for 30 years now and am playing Pathfinder so much of the game mechanics are foreign to me. I have two questions (for now).
1) Is there a chart or formula that shows when attribute points, ability points, etc are given?
2) A chart that I did find about ability points says something to the effect that you get three skills when you put a point into an ability (for example I put a point in man-at-arms and I can choose man-at-arms skills). It looks like I can only chose three skills regardless of how many different abilities I assign points to. Shouldn't I get three skills (or spells) for each ability point?
