Hello all. I’m trying to come up with a 4player tactician group that revolves around all magic users and I was looking for some help!

The current group that I am trying has the basic geo / pyro, summoner, enchanter (purely for buffs / debuffs), and im *trying* a battlemage of sorts that uses short range spells / a staff for melee combat.

The first three are working out perfectly fine, but the battlemage idea isn’t working out as expected. I suspect that it will scale even worse.

What can I do to replace the battlemage, or what can I do to make it work better? I thought about doing a dual wield wander and pump points into intelligence / dual wield + maybe scoundrel / wit for greater crits? But I really have no idea how well that would work.

I was thinking of combining my healer / buffer role into a melee meat shield, but I'm unsure how to make that work as of yet.
