Dear good people,
I'm absolutely in an overthinking state for this game right now and therefore decided to ask for help instead of losing all the joy for the game before I even started it.
Me and a friend of mine want to play the game together. We both never played any divinity game so far and are eager to experience it.
But I don't want to do anything wrong, since it seems to be a pretty complex game, so please help me to build a viable group.
Here are all the bullet points I gathered so far:
- All characters should be origin characters
- I want to play with Lohse and Fane
- I don't really care about the class (I'd prefer to play at least one dd, but I'd refrain from it, if it helps the group) as long as it is fun.
- My main character (Lohse) needs to have persuasion to fit my playstyle
- I don't want to have Sebille in the group, since I'm saving her for another playthrough in the future
- Therefore we won't have any elf in our group. I heard this makes Fane and his Mask practically obligatory. I wanted to play with him anyways, because of his personality.
- My friend wants to play as a mage, he doesn't care about the characters or his second class
- I'd probably give Thievery to Fane, cuz boney fingers and I really like to steal stuff
- Someone in the party should have Pet Talk. That character should probably be one of mine, since I'll be the decision maker. But we're connected per Teamspeak, so I could also guide my friend through the dialogs
- I don't know anything else about what other skills are recommandable to have in a group
I'd be very glad if you could spare some time to help me out
