Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Suggestions and Feedback Elemental Affinity and Clouds

Is there any good reason that Elemental Affinity doesn't apply when you're standing in a cloud? I'd think that you'd be significantly more attuned to fire when you're standing in a fire cloud than when the ground beneath you is burning, honestly.
