the speaking in forked tongues quest requires a lizard with pet pal
treated like cattle requires a character with both mystic AND scholar tags (on the same character) in order to read a certain book to get a potion recipe. if you know the recipe beforehand or you look it up online you can still complete the quest, but otherwise it's a roadblock
